COFFEE CORNER
- The Arabic Coffee Corner is one of the key attractions that embodies Emirati hospitality, offering visitors authentic Arabic coffee served with dates in a traditional setting that reflects cultural heritage.
- Visitors will also find informative displays about the preparation process and ingredients of Arabic coffee. Additionally, the corner offers an interactive experience where guests can participate in making coffee or enjoy tasting it, celebrating one of the UAE’s most cherished traditions
HANDCRAFTS CORNER
- A dedicated corner will showcase traditional Emirati handcrafts, including Sadu weaving, Talli embroidery, and palm-based products. The display will also highlight maritime heritage crafts, such as fishing net making, oars, and items inspired by pearl diving and seafaring.
- Visitors will have the opportunity to observe artisans at work and interact with them directly, promoting cultural preservation and appreciation of the UAE’s rich heritage
FALCONRY CORNER
The Falconry Corner is one of the key attractions that highlights the authentic Emirati heritage, showcasing the traditional art of hunting with falcons, an integral part of the national identity. This corner offers visitors the opportunity to see falcons up close, learn about their different species, and understand traditional training methods and hunting tools used in the past. Visitors can also take memorable photos with the falcons in a heritage-inspired setting, creating a unique experience that reflects the UAE’s pride in its cultural heritage.
DUKKAN AL TAYBEEN
Dukkan Al-Taybeen ” is a heritage corner designed to take visitors back to the nostalgic memories of the past by showcasing traditional products, old toys, and classic sweets that were part of the lives of previous generations in the UAE.
The corner features a design inspired by old traditional grocery stores and is decorated with heritage items that reflect the spirit of the good old days. It offers visitors a unique experience to learn about traditional lifestyles and capture memorable photos in an ambiance that recreates the charm of old local markets, adding a touch of nostalgia and authenticity to the National Day celebrations
AL-THAHBAH
The Bridal Corner highlights one of the most cherished Emirati traditions associated with wedding ceremonies. It showcases the traditional bridal trousseau, known as “Al Thahbah, ” which includes luxurious traditional dresses, perfumes, gold jewelry, and beauty essentials that were once part of a bride’s preparation.
The corner is designed to reflect the ambiance of traditional Emirati weddings, offering visitors a unique opportunity to explore the customs and rituals of marriage in Emirati culture and capture memorable photos in an authentic heritage setting.
STAGE ARRANGEMENT
A fully equipped stage will be provided for the National Day celebration, including sound, lighting, and a large display screen. VIP and general seating will be arranged for guests. The program will feature a live performance by a traditional band (Al Ayala or Al Harbiya) and a professional host to present and guide the event.
